Preorders are final. Once placed, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exchanges may be allowed for size or color, depending on availability, and are subject to approval.

5. Shipping Information

Preorders will ship as soon as the items are available.
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your preorder.

Preorder items are often limited-edition or made-to-order. Once stock runs out, we cannot guarantee availability.

8. Dispute Resolution
